We at Snagabot (”snagabot”, “snagabot.com” or “we”, a subdivision of Neitco, LLC) believe in the privacy of user data.


This privacy policy explains how we collect, use and share data through our products and services (including our websites and mobile applications) and we refer to these together as the “Apps”.


This privacy policy is provided to make our users aware of how we protect their information and what rights they have as far as their information goes. By using the apps you (the user) consent to our collection and use of your information as described in this Privacy Policy.


Your Personal Information


Personal information is data that can be used to identify or contact a single person.


You may be asked to provide your personal information anytime you are in contact with Snagabot or Neitco in relation to Snagabot. We may share this personal information between each other and use it consistent with this privacy policy. You are not required to provide the personal information that we have requested, but, if you chose not to do so, in many cases we will not be able to provide you with our products or services or respond to any queries you may have.


1: Information We Collect

  • When creating an account for use with our services, we collect your email address and a hashed version of your password. Your email address may be used to contact you in certain cases where we need to contact you.

  • When creating an organization for use with our services, we collect the organization name and the email used to create the organization in our system, identified as the organization’s owner.

  • When creating contacts for use with our services, we collect the contact’s name or nickname, phone number, and the organization they are attached to. Contacts are added separately for each organization and may remove themselves or be removed by an organization administrator at any point in time.

2: How Personal Information is Used

  • The personal information provided in an account allows us to contact you in the event of a lost or forgotten password. A user without a valid email address will not be able to change their password

  • The personal information provided in an account allows us to contact you in order to verify that information is correct. A user without a valid email address will not be able to log in for the first time into their account. For situations where a user cannot use their email address, contact with our support staff will be necessary.

  • The personal information provided for a service in relation to a cellular user allows for immediate contact by you, a user of the app, in relation to needs of your company. A cellular user (the person being contacted by an app user) must consent and confirm that they wish to receive communications from your company. The user in question must have the ability to text back the response code or will have to be prompted by you to contact our support staff with the phone in question in order to activate it for service. We reserve the right to make exceptions in special cases.

  • The personal information provided for a service in relation to a cellular user may be used to identify them in our system. Cellular users will need your numeric organization identifier in order to access your organization. The numeric identifier of your company will be offered to the cellular user any time their response is required.

  • From time to time, we may use your personal information to send important notices, such as communications about new changes to our terms, conditions, and policies. Because this information is critical to your proper use of Snagabot and such services as belong to such, you may not opt out of receiving these communications while you have an account at snagabot.com
